Set a repeating schedule
Choose daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, custom, or the first weekend of each month.
See what is due next
Filter the schedule by overdue, this week, this month, the next three months, or all active tasks.
Set a reminder before the due date
Store a reminder of how many days before a task is due. This is kept on the task in the app.
Record completions
Mark an occurrence complete and keep a history, including photos saved with that completion.
Keep instructions with the task
Attach standing photos or instructions to the library item. They stay with the item when a schedule changes.
Organize by category
Group tasks into categories and hide default items you do not use.

Can I create a recurring cleaning schedule?
Yes. Each activated task has a frequency, including every day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, a custom interval, or the first weekend of each month.
Does Cleaning Schedule include suggested tasks?
Yes. The library includes predefined cleaning items by room and appliance. You can activate the ones you want, hide the rest, and add your own.
Can I see which cleaning is overdue?
Yes. The schedule can be filtered to overdue tasks, this week, this month, the next three months, or all active tasks.
Can I keep photos with a cleaning task?
Yes. Standing photos or instructions stay on the library item. A completion can also keep photos as proof of that one occurrence.
Can I export my cleaning schedule?
Yes. You can export a PDF of the cleaning schedule. Attachment file names are listed at the end of the report.
